Prices exclude tax. Photo estimates assume a standard 1K result at 5 credits; an actual run costs 5–14 credits depending on the output resolution you pick. Credits are held when a run starts and returned in full if it fails, so a failed run costs you nothing. Credit packs are a balance, not a monthly allowance — they are spent only after the plan’s credits run out, and whatever is left carries over.

Questions

What people ask before they put a card in.

Q.01 Can I try it before paying?
Yes. 15 credits a day with no account at all — about 3 photos. Sign in with Google (free, one click) and it becomes 50 a day, about 10 photos. No card at any point.
Q.02 What is a credit?
A credit is the unit we bill processing in, because not every run costs us the same. A standard 1K result is 5 credits. Higher resolutions cost more because they take more GPU time — 2K is 8 credits and 4K is 14. The browser tools, tint and red-eye, cost 0 credits on every plan.
Q.03 What happens if a photo comes back bad?
The credits go back automatically. We reserve them when the run starts — that is what stops a burst of requests from spending more than your balance — and release them the moment a run fails or returns nothing. Your balance is back within seconds, with nothing to claim.
Q.04 Do my credits expire?
Subscription credits refresh each month and do not roll over. Credits bought as a one-off pack never expire and are used only after your monthly allowance runs out.
Q.05 Credit packs or a subscription?
A subscription is materially cheaper per credit — 300 credits are $9.90 a month on Pro versus $34.90 as a one-off pack. Packs make sense if you need a burst once and do not want a recurring charge.
Q.06 Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from your account. You keep the plan until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing renews after that.
Q.07 Is there a watermark or a resolution cap on the free tier?
No. No watermark and no downgraded output on any tier, including anonymous. Paying buys you volume and priority, not the removal of an artificial limit.
